About

Alice Gyllenkrok studied architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and the Architectural Association in London. She later worked within fashion and jewellery before establishing her own studio.

“Architecture, fashion and jewellery speak a very similar language, it’s about creating a balance between colour, form and proportion. But most importantly it’s about making the person experiencing it feel comfortable and uplifted. This is the essence of anything I design.”

Alice’s approach to architecture goes beyond creating a visually captivating environment. It’s about placing as much value in functionality as aesthetics, making sure the space works.

Her style eclectic, refined yet warm. She doesn't constrain herself by a certain school or period, on the contrary she revels in the challenge of combining antiques with contemporary in a cohesive expression.
